Tommy is the dominant mango in the North American market. If you buy a mango at your local supermarket there's a good chance it's a Tommy. Our farm fresh mangos ship the same day we pick, we never chill nor gas our mangos so the flavor is far superior to supermarket quality.
Tommy is very sweet and has a classic Florida mango flavor. The flesh is a little bit fibrous so some bites will have some stringiness.
